چکیده

ABSTRACT The objective of this study was to evaluate the physiological indices sour passion fruit under brackish water irrigation strategies and potassium fertilization. carried out field conditions in São Domingos, PB, Brazil, using a randomized block design 6 × 2 factorial scheme, with treatments consisting six (irrigation moderately saline (1.3 dS m-1) throughout crop cycle - WS; high-salinity (4.0 vegetative stage VE; flowering FL; fruiting FR; successively vegetative/flowering stages VE/FL; vegetative/fruiting VE/FR) two doses (207 345 g K2O per plant year, corresponding, respectively, 60 100% recommendation), four replicates three plants plot. Irrigation 4.0 m-1 reduced osmotic potentials leaf blade, synthesis chlorophylls b, transpiration, instantaneous carboxylation efficiency fruit, regardless development stage. Salt stress vegetative, flowering, fruiting, increases intercellular electrolyte leakage fruit. Fertilization K recommendation increased stomatal conductance, CO2 assimilation rate, use cv. BRS GA1 1.3 cycle.

Impact of water and nitrogen management strategies on maize yield and water productivity indices under linear-move sprinkler irrigation

With uncertainty in future irrigation water availability and regulations on nutrient application amounts, experimentally determined effects of “controllable” management strategies such as nitrogen (N), water, and their combination on crop water productivity (CWP, also known as crop water use efficiency) and actual evapotranspiration (ETa) are essential. The effects of various N application rate...
